Quick answers to the questions grown-ups ask most about the app.
Which phones does the app run on? iPhones with iOS 16 or later, and Android phones with Android 8 or later.
I've forgotten my password. Tap Forgot password? on the app's sign-in screen. Enter your email and follow the link we send you. Forgot password? is also on the sign-in page at bigmaths.website.
How do children take turns on one phone? The first child taps Exit in their Glade. The next child then taps their own Door.
I added a child on the website, but their Door is missing. Tap Log out in the Grown-ups menu. Sign in again while online, then tick the child in the list. Their Door appears.
A tutor or school can see my child. Will my child get a Door on their devices? No. Sharing lets another adult see your child's progress on the website. The Door stays on your devices. See Sharing a child with a tutor or school.
Does the app work without Wi-Fi? Yes. Once your children are on the device, they can learn anywhere. Progress goes to the website the next time the app is opened online. It also goes straight after a challenge that finishes online.
Work is missing on the website. Open the app while online, or tap Send now in Learning results in Account Settings. Keep the app installed until the work arrives, so nothing saved on the device is lost.
Who do I contact? Email support@bigmaths.com. Include the app version shown at the bottom of Account Settings, your device and the screen you were on.
