Recent work is not showing on the website. Work appears here only after the app has sent it. For help with sending, a missing Door or taking turns on one phone, see Questions in the App Guide.
I've forgotten my password. Select Forgot password? on the sign-in page. We will email you a link to set a new one.
I have a code from a school, tutor or family. Select Enter a code on your dashboard, rather than adding the child again. The next screen says whether the code shares a child with you or hands the child over. See Sharing a child with a tutor or school.
Who do I contact? Email support@bigmaths.com with your child's first name, your role and the page you were on. Never send a password.
