A few minutes on bigmaths.website shows you where a little help at home will make the biggest difference.
Who can do this: parents and carers with a family account.
Create your account. Sign up on the website and verify your email. You can add up to six children.
Add your children. A first name, year group and curriculum is all we need. If a school or tutor already set your child up, select Enter a code on your dashboard instead of adding them again. The next screen tells you what the code will do before you confirm.
Sign in on the app. Open Big Maths Beat That! on your phone and sign in once while online. Your children's Doors appear. See Getting started.
Follow progress. Select your child's card on the dashboard to open their page; see Your child's page. Your Progress Report also suggests One thing to try this week.
Share with a tutor or school. Use Share or hand over on your child's page. Who can see lists every linked tutor or school. See Sharing a child with a tutor or school.
Which plan covers your child. Your child's page says which subscription covers them, and until when. For example: "Your subscription covers Amy until 12/10/2027". When a tutor or school covers your child, it names them instead: "Sam Smith's subscription covers Amy until 12/10/2027". If you and a tutor or school both pay for your child, you each see your own subscription. If nobody covers your child, the page shows the subscription options.
Manage your account. Account shows your plan, where you can change or cancel it. It also has your password and data choices. A removed child comes back from Recently removed with Restore within 29 days; after that the child is permanently deleted.
Delete your account. Select Delete my account under Delete your account. This removes your account and every child linked to it. Your plan will not renew, and your children can keep using the app until the deletion date. There is a 28-day cooling-off: until then, you can log in and select Manage deletion to cancel. After 28 days, everything is permanently deleted.
By the way…
Children never see anything about plans or payments. All of that stays with you on the website.
